The prices quoted are per night and accommodation unit.
Final cleaning is included in the price. Not included in the price is the local tax of € 2,50 per day and person (from 14 years). This will be charged separately on site.
Surcharges & discounts:
- Surcharge for the 5th and 6th person is € 15 per person and night.
- Children up to 2,99 years stay free of charge in a cot or in their parents’ bed, whereby the price may be reduced accordingly.
- A cot and high chair are available free of charge on request.
Minimum occupancy/ minimum stay:
- A minimum stay of 7 nights applies in the high season. Preferred arrival and departure day is Saturday.
- In low season a minimum stay of 4 nights applies (stays of less than 4 nights on request).

- All flats are non-smoking flats.
- Out of consideration for the allergy sensitivities of other guests, pets are unfortunately not permitted.
- For organisational reasons, we cannot guarantee the reservation of a specific flat. Our flats are all identically divided and equipped.

Car or train - how to get to us
Arrival by car
On the Brennero motorway A22 take the exit Brixen/Pustertal. Follow the main road in the direction San Candido SS49 and take the exit Brunico Ovest/Falzes. At the roundabout that follows take the first exit towards S. Lorenzo di Sebato/Santo Stefano. At the following crossing turn left into via stazione and follow the signs towards Kronplatz to Santo Stefano. After approximately 2 km you arrive in the village of Santo Stefano. Turn right into the village road. The Obergasserhof is now on your left hand side.
Arrival by train
Take the train to the train station to S. Lorenzo di Sebato and take the bus to Santo Stefano.
