Mountain summer: chasing skies
With a blue sky airy and far above the mountains, the South Tyrolean summer does its best to get us out into nature:
Plan de Corones, the local mountain, offers numerous hiking and walking paths with truly magnificent views. Easy hikes as well as demanding trails will suit all tastes.
Make also sure not to miss a visit of the nearby Dolomites - even more so if you love steep rocks and look out for new challenges climbing on vie ferrate or alpine routes.
Bike enthousiasts will find their Mecca here, for Val Pusteria and Valle Aurina offer pleasure bike trails in the valley floor as well as legendary MTB trails as e.g. in the Plan de Corones Bike Park.
And for the very brave we recommend a look from the eagle's perspective during an unforgettable tandem flight.

Need a break from mountain life? You will easily find your holiday bliss without.
The nearby heart of the Val Pusteria, the cozy town of Brunico with its medieval streets, its proud castle, fancy boutiques and fine cafés is definitely worth a visit.
We have been appreciating water sports and wellness ever since:
The Cron4 in Riscone with its spacious pool areas, its spa with soothing treatments from all over the world and the sauna zone on 3000 square meters leaves no wish unfulfilled. We are also happy to recommend the new Kneipp trail in our village providing a gentle way of well-being in fresh forest air. You will find the facility right at the road leading to the mountain hotel Haidenberg.
And why not dive into aquatic adventures while rafting in the adjacent Valle Aurina?
And yes - you can also relax in a less dramatic atmosphere. Golf lovers can improve their handicap on the 9-hole course of the Pustertal Golf Club at the foot of Plan de Corones whereas those passionate of horses will certainly enjoy a ride over the gentle meadows around Santo Stefano.
